Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament

Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church is a Roman Catholic church at 844 Sullivan Street^[2] in Miami, Arizona, United States. It was dedicated in 1917, incorporated in 2005 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.
